Eligibility

Higher infectious-disease risk group

This hub explains the eligibility principle and points to information about HIV, hepatitis C/HCV and hepatitis B/HBV.

What does a higher-risk group mean?

In practice, it refers to patients whose dental treatment requires special safety procedures. Eligibility is decided by a doctor, and the patient should have a medical certificate.

Patients do not decide this on their own. A doctor confirms eligibility. This page is informational and helps you prepare for a call and appointment.
